Recruitment Process

It may seem strange to completely outsource your hiring, but don't worry – we'll keep you involved at every stage and give you full visibility into the process.

Below are the general steps that we follow when finding you your dream candidate.

Brief

Send a very detailed summary of who you're looking for: their skills, years of experience, who they've worked for before, and their budget.

This first step is crucial: once we have a complete report, we will have everything we need to get started.

We look for the best candidates from all over Pakistan (although they must obviously be willing to relocate to our Islamabad office).

With such high technical skills across the country, we never have a hard time finding exceptional candidates.

Approval

We send you our list of candidate CVs for your approval. If you think they are not up to standard, you can let us know and we will go back to the sourcing stage.

If they look good, great, we can start the interviews.

Onboarding

Once we have found the perfect employee, we will welcome them to our team with open arms and they will begin working for your company.

They will have a designated project manager that they will report to and who will be the main point of contact between you and your employee.
