What If I Have A Complaint?

We take all complaints very seriously. If your employee isn’t performing to the required standard, please speak to your designated project manager and we’ll work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Which Hours Will Our Employee Work?

That’s totally up to you. Whilst our employees would prefer working according to Pakistan hours (GMT+5), if you’d like them to work the same hours as your other employees then we can cater to that.

How Much Holiday Are OFFSetup Employees Entitled To?

Your employee will follow your organisation’s rules regarding holiday allowance. However, please also note that the office will be closed during these public holidays:

How Do We Pay OffSetup?

All payments will be handled by Bank Wire Transfers. They’re generally able to process 48 hour payments, which makes it an easy and efficient option for both parties.
